Processing & shipping
Processing
- Design Orders: 10-20 business days
- Custom Orders: 20-30 business days (due to the additional time required for unique concept development and intricate detailing)
Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes a tracking number provided to you via email as soon as the label is created.
- Transit Time: Once in the hands of the carrier, domestic shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that transit time is in addition to the processing time listed above.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, hand-painted nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a specific return and exchange policy. Our goal is to ensure you are delighted with your set while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and craftmanship.
- 14-Day Window: Any requests for returns, exchanges, or reports of defects must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange (where applicable), items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
