Processing Times (Creation Period)

Because our luxury sets are hand-painted and made-to-order in our Lancaster County studio, there is a distinction between "Processing Time" and "Shipping Time".

  • Current Processing Window: Please allow 7–10 business days for your nails to be meticulously crafted, dried, and packaged.
  • Business Days: This window excludes weekends and major holidays.
  • Order Volume: During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 14 business days. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly via email. 

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship all orders from Paradise, PA, via trusted carriers to ensure your luxury sets arrive safely. 

  • Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS.
  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
  • Tracking: Once your order is packaged and a label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Address Accuracy

As a business built on precision, we rely on the data you provide at checkout. 

  • Verification: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. 
  • Errors: Paradise Nail Company is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 
  • Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to send it out a second time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS or UPS), the delivery process is outside of our direct control. 

  • Liability: Paradise Nail Company is not liable for any packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received, nor for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. 
  • Filing a Claim: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking number. 
  • Support: While we are not liable, we want to help. If you encounter a shipping issue, please email us at info@paradisenailcompany.com and we will provide any necessary documentation needed for your claim.
