At Paradise Nail Company, we take great pride in the hand-painted artistry and professional quality of our products. Because each set is custom-made to order using authentic Aprés Gel-X™ tips and for strict hygienic reasons, our return policy is as follows:

  •  All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our products and the health and safety standards associated with beauty products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  •  Sizing Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct sizes. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sets that are sized incorrectly. We highly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit before placing a custom order to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Cancellations: We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once the 24-hour window has passed, production has begun, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
  • Damages & Issues: While we strive for perfection, we want you to love your nails. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us asap so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
